I didn't really do my workouts since my last entry. I do put exercise and food in my journals, but have been to down to do my workouts. I know it will get better with time. :'(
78.1 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
