Okay, so I ate a bagel and cream cheese for a snack...but that was before I joined this program.
I was able to see where I was going to finish the day on my RDI and with a click of a button I was able to see that by taking my Neo Mastif for a walk I was able to bring up my calories burned, enabling me to finish the day slightly under the threshold. YEAH!!! It's a gerat feeling to be in control .... but I will tell you one thing: I am still hungry or at least craving more. I hope that as the weeks pass my brain learns to adapt.

Welcome to FS. Looks like you did a great job for a first day! Writing food down is the best first step. May I offer a tip I learned? Watch the sodium, too. I think the RDA is 2300. Sodium will hold the water and you will not see the scale move. Good Luck on your journey. HCB

Oh yes, I forgot to mention that if you check the link for "Challenges" there is one starting April 16th taht is a 12 week online group challenge. I plan to do it and think ut will motivate me. Check it out! And, I do love the "humour" - or "humor" to us here in the US. HCB
