OK - did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred- does anyone know what best to enter this as on the exercise log??? I put it in as cicuit training, but there is NO WAY that I only burned 200-some calories doing that. I'm half dead!!

I've been putting it in as Calisthenics (heavy, e.g. pushups) . Per my HRM I'm burning about 350-400cals each workout.
