Ok - so I am partially following the an diet as I have to go food shopping today and purge all the food I thought was "better" for me to be eating...just by changing a few things I actually dropped a pound. This is very encouraging since my weight didn't move for three weeks in a row despite my exercise and counting calories. Guess my doctor was right, this diet will work for me.
