I recieved a very nice compliment yesterday. I was at the dojo that I've been visting, and was there to participate in a workout. I was talking to the head instructor, and I mentioned that I wanted to train there so that I could have another activity to help me in my ongoing weightloss. I told him that I felt that I still needed to lose, about, another 95 lbs. He said, "You know what; I don't see where it's going to come from". Of course then, I said, "Thank you, but it's there". Inside I was jumping for joy, because it's nice to have someone think, I don't really need to lose any more weight, though it could be farther from the truth than they realize. :-) Oh, it felt good to hear that! :-)
