Status update for 10/26/17 Fasting time: as of 8:00 am = 60 hrs Woke up feeling really good. My arms and chest are a little sore (from pushups?) I can tell I am a little weaker, but I did 25 pushups this morning pretty easy.
Took blood pressure this morning and it is a more elevated than normal. 145/79 and 62 BPM.

thank you chesgreen you have been an inspiration to me. My start weight was like yours, but I was actually at my heaviest at 250 lbs.
