OTF Day 2 of Hell Week "DON'T BREATHE"
This was for yesterday.
It was mainly sprints did 2 miles
Push: 6
All Out: 8
Workout was one long sequence focused it seems on core.
Not as bad as burpee day.
Fasted time after workout: 44
Did 100 pushups throughout the day.
