Karate was a circuit day so it was pretty hard. FAST = 25 hrs must have done at least 40 push ups. which really ups my total pushup to 230. Not feeling to hungry right now. Feel pretty good better than I have in the past when I have been at 24 plus hrs fast. Cold water therapy 30 sec
