All right I will finish a feast week last week where I ate 3 times/day. I did IF today until 3:00pm and plan on eating dinner and tomorrow morning.
Then I plan on going for a record fast on carnivore. I have lined up workout for Tuesday - Friday and plan on doing it all fasting. Hope I can do it without passing out lol. I will make sure to monitor myself closely and if my body says I can't then I won't.
