Thinking about changing my goal again. Hit save before I finished typing lol. I think once I hit 150 I am going to evaluate how I feel and maybe change my goal to 145. I'm 5'8 so even though I'm in the healthy range now for my weight, it is still at the higher end of it. I am going to be working more towards toning. If I don't lose another pound but I get more toned then I will be happy as can be.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Well I am sure you can do this..Your doing so well and it shows..Keep up the good work and I think toning is a good idea..you'll look awesome in your clothes and feel good too...:O)
