Doing 6 weeks of stairs challenge. Forgot it started Monday, but used the stairs all day up and down to my 3rd floor office at work. Every little but counts
91.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
