Stalled. Same weight. So what to do. Keep Calm; Keto on! Really looked at that number. Re-weighed myself 2x. Thought about Nurse Cindy video re Keto retention of weight? Re-weighed myself...then went on to meditate /yoga and counted all the Non-Scale victories that I enjoy today. 1. Can stand up strait today 2. -45 lbs 3. Brain clarity 4. Joint pain gone 5. Blood Sugar readings down almost always in normal range 6 Foot Neuropath lessened 7. Breathing better 8. Learned about and enjoyed Intermittent fasting 9. Sleeping better 10. More energy 11. Happier 12. More focused 13. More productive 14. Fellowship around my FS/Reddit/Keto buddies. 15. More healthy cooking and spiked cooking interest So I guess I have to take the hit...with a stall...but do I. Or do I use this time to take grateful stock of how far I have come in 5 short months. KCKO!!!!!!

Thank you friend....I feel really positive considering my nonsense around the scale. It is something ...just not everything!

Congrats on looking at the positives. I need to do that more often . I realize that recently, whenever I post, it is debriefing and writing negatives. I should be happy that I can do all the difficult things that I've been facing. A year ago it was a trial to walk to the bathroom from my chair. My A1C was out of site. So, for the positives: I can walk, and do walk even though I hate it . My A1C is 6.9. I have gone from a 5X to a 2x and a tight 1X. I have been able to buy and wear clothes from Walmart . My ring size has gone from 11 to 9. I can drive. This includes fitting behind the steering wheel, lol. I'm strong enough to be able to take care of hubby (marginally), and the dogs. And the biggest positive of all: I HAVEN'T GIVEN UP.

A wise person told me that it's not a stall unless it lasts more than 3 months. I've found that for me, at least, if I get into one of those blips, if I change things up for one day, it usually gets things moving again. Hang in there!
