I lost a fast five just starting out. Since then, NOTHING. I don't think I'm doing this correct. Time to put a meal plan together and figure portion sizes.... this is harder than originally thought.

Feeling discouraged....

don't feel discouraged.....it takes a little planning....but you'll be on track brfore you know it...

As you increase the amount of fats you eat to proper keto levels (around 65-75% of your intake), you should be able to eat less but stay satiated longer. It takes a little while to retrain your brain to put less on your plate, but not too long. If you have trouble hitting the fat %, look into fat bombs to supplement.
