I cheated yesterday and had cheese in ground beef and I started bloating. I guess I am more allergic than I thought to dairy. Well lesson learned.

last ate at 8:00 pm

I have been feeling like something is missing in my diet for the last couple days. I just kept having the crux in my stomach, that I could not satisfy no mater what I ate. I thought it was carbs.

I bought some flank steak to make jerky and decided to eat it raw. The feeling was gone instantly. I ate a few slices raw and felt good again. I'll have to remember this.

It is starting to get cold but I did take a cold shower today.

Stopped eating at 6:00 pm.
