Been constipated for a few days and tonight its better, but not until I was miserable at work all day and it really made for a very long day. It didnt help that everyone called in at the call center was irate and couldnt be helped no matter what I tried to do. I know people dont like to call when they have problems but damn it I just try to help and when they yell at me I just cant help. Its frustrating.
Its hard to work when you are not feeling good.
But Im betting Im down a few pounds now, I will check sometime this week on my weight and I hope I have lost some.
