13 Oct 2017 - weight training - upper body only. 14 Oct 2017 - 70km cycle a lot of hills + 5km jog. 15 Oct 2017 - forced myself not to do anything , this was hard but I needed a proper late sleep in, and doing no exercise day only thing missing is a full body massage.

Yesterday was a bit of a wreck, eating wise, but other than that it's also very good this side. Working hard, but loving it!! Stay strong!! - Creating beach bodies :-)

I think the eating part is also a working progress after the winter , not that I eat bad everyday, but this time I'm not so focused on the scale , WANT EK GAAN VAN MY KOP AF RAAK :-) so i try not to weigh anymore and focus on my fitness instead , must say the legs are toning up for this summer:-)
