Ate Breakfast at 10:00 am fast 12 hrs. Felt hungry this morning as I was making there kids breakfast.

Ate 3 times today. lunch was snacking and it was at 2:00 pm and then dinner at 6:00 PM

Slept quite a bit today. I woke up at 6 am then slept from 7-10 am and took a nap around 2:00 for 10-20 min.

Ate really good today. Last ate at 9 pm.

Jumped in cold pool and took a cold shower for 45 sec.
