Broke my fast today at 48 hrs. I was planning on working out through but I had to work instead so I decided to break the fast.

First 48 hr fast on Carnivore. Looking forward to a stronger fast next week.

Cold Shower day 2 for about 1 min.

Are you doing OMAD as well as Long Fasts and zero carbs? Amazing! And Cold showers?

I was not planning on doing OMAD. I am doing as my body feels. Weird for me because I did not know how to listen to my body. Fasting, weirdly enough, is addictive for me. I love the feeling. Cold showers is new, we'll see if I keep this up. lol. This is my second time going carnivore. I did it for six weeks but about the 4 week I got one of the worst flu in my life. I guess that was me attempting to adapt to carnivore? when I got better my wife convinced me in going back to carbs, that was in March. This time around I have been carnivore for 1 month now, I did not get an adaptation and I feel like I am superhuman and I can do incredible feats, for me at least, like OMAD, Long Fasts, cold showers (new). Time will tell if there will be more, I just listen to my body. Thank you so much for your support and it looks like you are doing very well. You are so low in carbs that you seem like you are zero carbs.
