My fajitas for breakfast were so filling - yeah, that's right breakfast... I used to work a rotating shift so I got used to eating dinner for breakfast and vice versa - that I didn't get hungry again until 3:30. I had some leftover tuna steak from last night (which was overcooked :( ) What better to make salad out of? Now I am over full. Looks like dinner will be optional tonight.
