So this week played soccer Monday and Thursday and had Morning Workout Party Time Tuesday, Wednesday and today! That's 5 days in a row working out, people! And while I've done that before (and will probably make it a habit)I didn't have one time this week when I was trying to convince myself not to go. It was great! Morning workouts have become my routine and I'm loving them!!!!
That's what it takes. Just do something over and over again until it becomes a habit. Be prepared to make getting to the gym easier on yourself. Remind yourself how great it feels to work out and to have that workout done so the evenings are free. If I can keep this up and keep my workouts intense, I might break through this silly 4-month long plateau.
