I have to get myself out of the fromp that I find myself in, I lost all my ambition to lose weight when I saw that my kidneys are showing some stress, I can't go back to the bad way of eating becasue that is most likely what put them in this trouble.
So, I have got to get back to walking and counting. Hopefully things will look better on the next blood tests, in June.

I know how worried one can become. Just eat really healthy, watch your carbs, your calories and get plenty of fiber. I have added fruit to what I eat, not a whole lot, but some. That works well for me. You have been doing so splendid. You may not lose as fast as before incorporating more veggies etc and slowing down on fatty stuff, but you should be satisfied with your intake of food. All the best to you. P.S. we're not in this as a race, but we want to be healthy. :)

Thank you Gigi39, I have deceided to buck up and get back at it, the only thing that I have added to my diet is a low carb, high fiber bread, I allow myself one slice a day. When my full fat foods are gone I will replace it with a low fat food.
