gone from the house at 12:15p.m. on Saturday and came back at 2:00 p.m. I have done 11.392 km or 7.07 miles not too much a bit disappointed. but my inner thights were burning and were hot, that at least is good.

good friday I went out twice to bring my walking total to 12.53 km or 7.787 miles. ok in total I spent walking more time on friday then on saturday
