Losing the plot again! This has been such a hard week and unfortunately sticking to an eating plan has been way down the list of priorities.
Three evenings of parents' meetings made for three very late nights and tomorrow, Saturday, I'm running a training session for examiners in the next city, 100km away. That's always a long and tiring day and stressful in the planning as I only do it once or twice a year so I have to plan in detail every time to make sure I don't forget anything important.
On top of everything, our beautiful cat has gone AWOL and has now been missing for three days. We're really sad and missing her a lot - hope she comes back by herself soon.
