This coming weekend should be a challenge for most of us , but my challenge will be next weekend whcih is when we celebrate Easter. I will be doing the cooking for Easter and I'm having about 15 people over. We cook alot of the Greek traditional dishes for our Easter which includes Leg of Lamb Pastichio Greek Lasagna, string beans in sauce , potatoes which we cook in the lamb juices, meatballs ,salad and Spanakopita- (Spinach pie) and God knows what else we will have. Then of course there are the desserts. So anyways I'm afraid all my hard work will go down the drain with all this good food around.
