KILLED myself on carbs tonight with dinner. Dang romaine lettuce!!! Live and learn.

Belly is still impressing me with it's downsizing. NOT weighing self. Going by looks and clothes. That's how I roll.

Happy to have made it through the weekend without succumbing to pizza or other vices that make up my past.

Lettuce carbs, isn't that crazy?! Another non-weigher here. Have enough to fuss about with PT exercises, putting on clean(ish) clothes, and generally getting through the day, you know?
