Woohoo, out of the 300's! (Just barely... but this was in the middle of the day, so... most definitely!) :D

Good motivation to exercise a bit more... I've been losing slowly but steadily lately... doing light cardio... perhaps I should start lifting some weights!
135.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 63.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
