Ate at 3:00 pm and late last night 9:00 pm.
I will fast until tomorrow for lunch or that afternoon.
It will be my first 30+ hours fasting. This is going to be a very busy weekend for me so not time to eat.
I have OTF workout this evening, then OTF at 7 am and then Karate at 9 am. should be a good test of my fast.
I feel super awesome today. Looking forward to the long fast.
