Ok, done! Indulgence Day was really tough for me. It didn't make me feel good. Just way too much food. I just realized how good it feels to not stuff yourself. I'm going to recalculate my calories for next week. I'm actually looking forward to eating Little next week. I know it sounds weird but it's true. I will Probably try it again next week. If all the weight comes off! Hahaha. And if it doesn't, it was a good learning experience.

LOL - this is the first lesson you get from Indulgence Day. Stuffing your face is actually not as pleasant as we remember it, is it? First time I did it, I was sick as a dog. 3600 calories is NO fun. :/

No kidding. I was ready to quit after breakfast. I had a grilled cheese sándwich and was left with that "fatty" feeling in my mouth. Surprisingly I didn't get sick but my body had to get rid of some right away this morning. Today I'm up by 2.5 pounds. Something I can live with. That's what I usually put on when I miss behave. I hope I have the same results losing but I'm hoping for lower fluctuations! Hahaha I would freak out putting on too much. I did a lot of mental preparation for it though. I will asume I have 2the more days to start loosing. I haven't been to the gym since thursday and I'm not going today as I woke up limping. My knee is killing me. It had been feeling better but we did a lot of walking around the neighborhhood yesterday. So frustrating. For me excersising it's important, if I don't I feel like I'm slacking off. Have a great day guys!
