Since my contest was on 23 sept i decided to have a cheatmeal or cheatday.
Leptin and ghrelin levels are experiencing negative feedback so we'll see what can i do to improve them.
First meal included beside protein 400 grams (measured uncooked) pasta. Still hungry, so probably i will binge. Thats the way we roll!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
