Well I did not do very well last week. I am not proud of myself.

I plan to do better this week and.

Started Zumba classes yesterday and loving it.

Now that I have my best friend Sweet e Nuff on here. We are going to motivate each other from 3000 miles away
66.8 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That's the attitude! Keep going and make sure you do this week's mini-challenge of 30mins cardio - heart-rate raising exercise that makes you at least slightly out of breath. :)
