Good morning! Started today again with a tsp of coconut oil... swishing it around my mouth and gums and swallowing. So good for my gums!

Last night I noticed the late I stay up watching t.v., the more hungry my brain THINKS it is... and the habits of wanting to binge eat or snack or have a drink come into my mind. Satan begone! lol

An idle mind....

For anyone following my menu plan, I intend on doing my planned lunch for dinner, and will post what I have for lunch on my dinner menu. Yup, just got out of bed. BWAH!! Hey, it's Saturday, and I watched Pastor John Gray before I got out, so.... no judgments. ;)

I'm actually eating leftovers from yesterdays egg breakfast, just added another egg with a pat of butter, threw the eggs and piece of bacon in to heat, and it's quite yummy day two! Getting my choco fix with my Muscle Milk. *yummers*

I need to MOVE AROUND today. Yesterday I was a sloth. And I FELT like one when I went to bed and couldn't fall asleep, and didn't wake feeling refreshed. Activity keeps me grounded.
