IF 20 hrs. Ate breakfast at 3:00 pm then lunch at 5:30 pm. Feel good today but not great had Karate today for 1.5 hrs at 7:00 pm

Whoa...you are really loosing weight fast. Zero Carb is working for you. Will you always stay at zero carb or is that until You reach a goal weight. Do you think the zero carb has anything to do with your not feeling great? Does it effect your sleep? You are really doing well....I saw a post that said: "Zero carb- Eat meat-drink water---that's it!" New meaning to Keeping it Simple! ;>)

It's working great so far. I am trying it for 3 months then we'll see. Yes I think the zero carb is affecting me not feeling well, but I'm getting out of the transition phase. My workout this afternoon was phenomenal. I had to take it easy though, because I'm doing a 5k tomorrow. My sleep has been about 6.5 hrs weekdays and I feel well rested. I wake up no coffee and I have plenty of energy. I think I am somewhat fat adapted since I was Intermittent fasting before zero carb. So far it's not to hard, I feel, I have done way harder weight loss and had dropped weight but never looked so good as I do now and I regained the weight within weeks + some:)
