I didn't make it to the gym this morning. I woke up at 1:00am and couldn't get back to sleep. So, at 2:00 I took an ambien and reset my alarm from 4:15 to 5:15. Got to Work at 6:30. Working 4-10s this week with Friday off. I need to get the workouts in!

I went to the gym for a short cardio workout after work. You know that groove you get into when running and it almost seems effortless? It never happened today! I laid off for vaca and pre and post hurricane effort for a few weeks.
Maintaining my keto macro was not so easy today either. 46g net carbs. I need to increase fat, decrease protein and nearly eliminate carbs. Still at a decent calorie deficit at 1400. Tomorrow is another day.
