Most of the hurricane Irma mess is cleaned up and getting back to normal. Only lost power for 3 days, but a lot of tree limbs are broken.
Day one of HFLC diet is in the record books. My macros turned out right on without too much trying, Fat 66%, Protein 26% and Carbs 8%. 1300 calories total. Hopefully the keto thing results in rapid weight loss, and I will change lifestyle to accommodate long term results.
Tomorrow I start in the gym again with cardio. I had my annual cardiologist appt last week. He yelled at me because I put on 17 pounds and my BP was 140/90.
