The WFPB diet seems to be working a miracle. Pounds are coming off, I have a TON of energy and asthma seems to have almost disappeared completely. I cut my yard Saturday and Sunday. Always split it up over two days because very large hard yard to do with slopes, beds, etc. Even with all the pollen and occasional dustups I never needed inhaler. Stopped the Advair on Friday.

Also am taking NAD+ and reservetrol and those seems to give energy. Am taking B12 and folic acid because of no meat.

This is a complete lifestyle change which I expect to keep!
