Wow I am tired today. I've been house sitting for a friend (with a cute little dog and a very squawky bird) and that hasn't put me off my game as far as food goes, but I'm just so tired! Who'da thunk I'd miss those 15 extra minutes I get sleeping when I'm home. I fall asleep about the same time either place, but it's like my REM cycle is set to end at 7am. NOT 6:45 (DAMN IT). But yeah, my brain does not want to function today and I'm in no motivational mood to do anything smart for me. It's not even 10am yet and I've already had Oreo's for Pete's sake. I know I should go to the gym today or play Dance Central tonight, but it's kind of "meh".
