I haven't been on here in a while and I really need to loose this weight. I have high cholestrol and need to loose it bad . I have cut alot of the fat out of the diet. But you know the saying the role on the tummy is bad for ya . I really do not have the money to join weight watchers and that always helped me . But I'm lucky if I can buy food with this economy . I am sure everyone will agree. Well I hope I can get out of this slump .
