I'm confused. I'm no math whiz, but if my protein grams are 56 and my fat grams are 41, then how is my fat percentage higher than my protein one? Help?

Maybe it's by calories and not grams? I don't know - I think there have been a couple threads about this in the forums.

I think Sjcoray is correct...it's going by calories. Because fat has 9 calories per gram and protein only has 4 calories per gram (same as a carb in that respect), that's how your fat percentage ends up higher.
