So - an interesting thing seems to be happening. Since I had my big "cheat day" , I have been very steadily losing weight! The kicker is, I have been cheating little bits every day - usually consuming between 30 and 40 grams of carbs per day, and sometimes more. I'm noticing more of a correlation between the ]amount of food and weight loss, than I am carb grams and weight loss. A little weird, and I don't know what to make of it. Anybody else out there ever experienced this?
