Oh Dear, I have stayed the same this week. I am disappointed. I suppose there is bound to be a week where I don't lose. But still I am a bit miserable about it. I wasn't particulary bad either. \I didn't cheat and I suppose I had one too many wines - am going to really go for it this week and be really strict just to see whether it is those little things like wine that are making me stall. Stalling is not an option I am prepared to take lightly. Must be more strict.
