Thanks ladies. I think I'll be adding fish to my menu, a minimum of three days a week, and keep adding veggies where ever, and whenever I can. :-) I work for the school district, and since next week is our Spring Break, I'll be able to get in some extra workouts. I can see in my future, another fishy week coming up. LOL :-)
