another day and im still kicking lol.whenever i start atkins over again i find myself not being that hungry but when it comes to night time thats when i am hungry.. i dont think that it effects me cause i dont eat that much during the day i just eat more at night... need to start drinking water alot more but i hate it cause i end up being in the bathroom every 15 mins.. i cant wait for it to stop snowing so i can start walking i havent been working out for the past 4 months and i am reall starting to feel stiff jeez. human body is a funny thing!

Studies show better weight-loss results if you stop eating within 2 hours of going to bed. All the calories that sit in your stomach overnight don't get burned so they get stored. Just something to think about. Good luck.
