Had carbquik pancakes last night. Very tasty and lost weight!!

140.6 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg. Still to go: 31.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.4 kg a Week

I've never heard of carbquick. Where can I find it?

Check out http://netrition.com/ They've got a whole low carb section. I also bought some brownie mix from them. Will post once I give them a go!
