I was going to wait two weeks until I saw the dietician to weigh in, but I couldn't. I've lost! Yeah! Do you feel like your body looks the same even though you know you're losing?

yes!!! Ive lost over 2st and i cant see it at all! People say to me that they can tell and i look better but i still havent noticed a thing!!
