I started gaining weight! I started training with weights every day, cut out cardio and started eating about 1300kcal a day (about 100g of protein from soya)
I am still recovering from eating aprox. 500kcal a day for 3 weeks, and eating aprox. 800kcal a day for 4 months.
I still restrict myself but i am doing better.
My plan is to have 3 or 4 additional kilos of muscle, but i know i will need time or that.
I am still very scared of getting fat, and a bit scared of most of the food.
I read that, if i have 45 kilos and am 165cm high, that i should eat aprox 1400-1500 kcal to only maintain my weight, but in my head it still sounds too much.
At least i am not cold anymore, and i sleep better.
I also have very big and unstoppable cravings for food now.
