I'm not going to get to do Zumba tonight after all. I forgot that I promised to chaperone 14 teens at the midnight premier of the movie "Hunger Games". They are so excited and want to line up at 8pm! The movie is at a shopping mall, once we have a place in line I may be able to excuse myself to go for a walk to burn a few calories. Can't really jog or nobody will want to sit near me in the theater! :)
I did manage to squeeze in 30 minutes of exercise last night on the treadmill, so I don't feel too bad about not being able to do a great routine tonight. I got 20 minutes of jogging in (at the speed most people walk!) with 4 minutes at 4.4 miles per hour.
