I overdid it. So, noe when i am here, i will starto building muscle mass, to 45 kg. I cannot stop losing weight.

thank you. I understand why you are telling me that, but i saw it on time, so, now, its time to build some muscle :)

Building muscle is the real work. :-) Are there affordable DXA scans available near you? Mine even showed imbalance in muscle between limbs: more muscle in my left arm, and in my right leg. So that gives me small goals toward symmetry, along with larger goals of increasing ratio of muscle mass to visceral fat, for example.

Look up 'Super Slow' or 'Power of 10'. It is a great way to build muscle and strength without the bulk, injury and increasing hunger. And it's fast workout. Works the muscles without beating up the ligaments and tendons.
