My highest weight (at the doctor's office) was 201 pounds -- on Monday, March 12, 2012.

I started my weight loss plan assuming I weigh about 200 pounds, give or take.

On Monday, March 19th, I weighed myself on Owen's scale - 198.
Last night (Tuesday, March 20th) I weighed myself on the same scale - 195.

If this continues, I might actually be able to lose 10 pounds in the first week! YAY! :)

My short-term goal is to lose 15 by the time of my surgery (April 25th - about one month). So as of last night, 10 to go!
