Saige18..the cycling will help to build muscles in the calves, toned hammies and quads. Keep it up! If you want to really build the muscles i.e. make them bigger... your best bet is explosive & repetitive gym exercise with weights.. Make sure you are getting enough protein when you are training. Try not to focus too much on the "number" If you look and feel good and move swiftly for your liking that's all that matters ;-)
