I've lost about 4/5 lbs but its really hard to tell because it flunctuates so much.

I've been making a point to eat breakfast which really makes a big difference regarding how hungry i am later. I've also been drinking nothing but water for the past two weeks. The difference in my skin has been remarkable. My skin was flaking and peeling and over the course of two weeks, its improved radically. I also have noticed that my stomach isn't as bloated. What I've been doing is weaning myself off of sugar and eating less beef...eating more chicken and fish.

I'm to join Jenny Craig this coming Monday with a friend. My goal is to lose 70-100 pounds.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
